Wayne Reardon is a very polite, considerate and accomplished tradesman. He listened to us during the entire process of quoting right up to the end of the job. The transformation that he has made happen is exactly what we had wanted. Wayne treated us and our home with respect and kindness. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

The guy who did the work for me was polite and always on time. The quote we were given was really competitive and good value and we were so pleased with the work carried out that we have arranged for other jobs to be done by them. Would definitely recommend.

gave iestyn a tricky job tackling an old (450 year old) mid terrace with a rickety roof, sloping walls and 2ft thick walls. he met all the challenges, charged a fair price and got the job done. Can't ask for more.

Phil is an excellent tradesman - we had him replace some skirting boards, door frames and picture rails in 2 rooms. He was very reliable, reasonably priced and worked to our budget, his craftsmanship was very good, he was a quick (and tidy) worker, and he gave us plenty of extra advice and tips for other rooms. Additionally, he went out of his way to help us arrange getting some door restored by one of his contacts. Would thoroughly recommend and have saved his details for use in the future! Thanks Phil!

We needed an old gas fire to be made safe so that it can be removed from our property. Within just a couple of days of posting the request for help, George had sealed off the gas supply (and also helpfully disconnected the fire itself) all for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service provided.
