Along with Bilal, they fixed a recurring leak by installing new pipes and installed new tiles, toilet, and vanity unit. I asked this person to rebuild a damaged bin container just like the one next to it. He gave me an acceptable quote and I was paying for materials. The adjoining bin was made from 3/4 ply and he used 1/4 inch MDF that began to dissolve with the first rain. He accused me of sabotaging his work and even suggested somebody had jumped on it! In our subsequent text exchange he even used the F word. I’m now having to have the whole job redone. His skills appear to be limited and he has a short temper.

Had work done from this trade person. tiles had movement after 6 months start to crack had a professional to come rectify work. Tiles was installed not correctly. Adhesive blobbled on to tiles not even spread evenly!
