Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.

Jon painted our whole house to a very high standard. Emulsion all walls and ceilings plus gloss all woodwork. He started when promised and finished on time. He tidied up everyday and now we can make our house a home. Would recommend him to everyone and we will definitely use him again.
