Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Very pleased overall, posted on rated people got a text, email and WhatsApp almost straight away, Jonathan offered to come out the same day to look at works needing done and gave a reasonable quote and a day and time to complete the works which were to replace an old toilet, fit taps to bathroom sink and bath, fit a new sink and tap in the kitchen! Needed to purchase a toilet Johnathan kindly bought one in order to fit it on said date! Arrived promptly and completed the works in a tidy manner. Recommend!
