Barbara, Scott and Stephen have been amazing start to finish. Due to a change of circumstances, we had to delay works but we were met with friendliness and compassion. Works delivered were to a high standard - they work fast, efficient, tidy and even helped fix a few extra problems along the way. What I could not afford was to pay £6k for you to rip out my bathroom and leave me with nothing other than stated above. However, investigations into Companies House for Vitality Plumbing & Heating, Vitality Property Limited and Declan Macaloney and declared company addresses and other information claimed by you have proved very interesting for any member of the public wishing to investigate your claims before proceeding with any works. I'll leave it to the individual to decide the validity for themselves.

After speaking with Martin ( M.g. Decor services) on the phone , He arrived at house to look at job within a couple of days. We had a good chat about what we thought was needed and agreed a price and timeframe for the work to be done. He arrived on site on the date agreed and had 6 (as it turned out) very experienced tradesmen.. They were onsite for 3 days solid and completed the work to the T. Very very happy and would recommend for all types of jobs. If I could rate Martin and the guys 6 stars I would.

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. Wow - top class plumber, service at a reasonable cost. Prior to engaging JK plumbing, our ongoing bathroom project had overran by 2 weeks with lots of quality issues from the previous plumber. I contacted JK plumbing on a Saturday, 24hrs later basic functionality was re-instated, and by Thursday the full refurbishment work was completed and all the carryover issues fully corrected. Quality of job was top notch. I will 100% be happy to deal with JK plumbing again, highly recommend without hesitation.
