Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.
