Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. Agreed a date for Phil to come and do the work and he never turned up. He contacted me to arrange a second date, I stupidly agreed and he didn't turn up again. No call or message to explain why. Frustrating as I moved my work around to accommodate him. Totally disrespectful and unreliable.
