Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Jason and his team have converted my attached garage into a space for an open plan kitchen dining area with utility room space. This involved bricking up the front of the garage with a new window and windows to the back and new french doors, taking out the existing kitchen and making good the original room. They turned up on time to start the job each morning and worked hard to accommodate necessary changes. They were very friendly, easy to approach and very competitively priced.
