TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

DO NOT USE! My job was quoted at 300, booked in for a month’s time. Less than 24 hours before job day, they called to say they made a mistake and will now charge 500!! I had taken time off work and travelled to a different city to oversee this job.Despite them admitting multiple times it was their fault, they continued to quote 500.They had three weeks to tell me the new quote but they were unorganised and ‘didn’t realise until now’.Huge waste of time and no sense of responsibility for their own mistake!
