We highly recommend Vincent. He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. The quote was very reasonable and included a full breakdown and labour and materials. Any questions were answered professionally and honestly. We have a damp issue, so Vincent raised our air brick for no extra cost. Work completed quickly, very happy.

I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Dave carried out our block paving job on our driveway. Extended our existing drive and built a fence to make the border with our neighbours garden. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
