Not a good experience at all!! Paid upfront for kitchen skirting and tiles that he ripped all off £260.00 never saw him again after that. Was left weeks with an unfinished kitchen. Had to get someone else to complete the work. Kept on not turning up. One problem after another. Even said he had no work on a sat so can complete my kitchen. Then changed to Sunday then again never turned up. Advised had alcohol poisoning from the sat night. So my kitchen was not priority. 3 months later no return of my £260.00.

Jonathan dispelled doubt that others levelled, and although there were a couple of changes along the way, they were managed and implemented without fuss. External insulation and render is not something that many renderers will undertake, but the addition of insulation in advance of rendering wasn’t an issue for Jonathan. I recommend him to undertake similar work for others.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
I’ve not been a member for five years on this website. I was on it possibly around five years ago. Only rejoined on the 4th of May 2023. Up till lockdown I had 5 1/2 months work in the diary within two days or cancelled. Unfortunately, some of the customers didn’t make it through that period. And before time installing bathrooms never really recovered, hence, I have re-joined this site to do more general plumbing and not concentrate on just bathroom for refurbishments.? Plumber with many years experience from changing taps to full bathroom refurbishment including tiling. Including underfloor heating double glazing installing joinery work and professional installing of PIR insulation. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

The work was very poorly done, it was not completed properly and on top of that, they damaged some tiles on my porch and bay window. They took the money and ran. Now can't get hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Keep your money and go elsewhere
