I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

Fantastic work. Andy is very professional and knowledgeable. Prompt, friendly and very competitive prices. We are building a 2 storey side extension and Andy is doing all the building works. We have a very difficult set of footings which involves a line of trees close by. Foundations passed by Building Control with flying colours. Very satisfied and Andy will be quoting for other work I have planned and I am sure we will be working together for sometime now. Would recommend him to anyone.
