Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. Very polite and friendly. Did the work I asked for. Left it looking much tidier. And the garden was a mess. My only little niggle was I asked for the lawn edge to be trimmed but he did not have any shears on him. Otherwise no problems. Took all the rubbish away. I will have him back to do maintenance on the garden in the future.
