John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

They worked hard all day and were very meticulous about everything. Completed the job to a very high standard and cleaned up, before they left on day 2. Worked late to complete the job. Kieran and team turned up bang on time and got on with the job straight away. They were very professional, came with all the necessary equipment for the job. They worked hard and efficiently. The garden was very overgrown and untidy, but when they finished it looked lovely. The shrubs and trees were not only cut back, but shaped also. They weeded everywhere, cut the grass and took all the garden waste away which was a lot. A fabulous job and would very definitely recommend.

Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
