What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. As no previous ratings I was a little unsure but went with him as an ex-recommended fitter for all the large companies and I have to say was brilliant. There were a few complications along the way with Wren and Callum dealt with them great. Definitely recommend!!

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
