Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Ewan responded within a couple of hours to our initial enquiry and was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution for adding the wiring for an electric oven to our home. He returned to do the work a couple of days later. The switch in the kitchen looks as though it’s always been there and he left everywhere clean and tidy. On Saturday 14/10/17 Ian Oliver A1 Flooring carried out work he'd quoted on against a job spec submitted on Rated People. He denied ever talking about lifting and removing the existing flooring (clearly stated on spec) and wanted another £250.00 to complete the job, obviously I did not agree to this. I was at work and unable to dispute this in person however I have since tried to contact Ian but he fails to take my calls. His work is amateurish, and unfinished. Seriously think twice before using A1 Flooring
