Started great. Was very receptive and willing to come over to look at our project, the quote was good and he did a good job at working towards our budget. But then when it came to paying, I asked for PayPal details so I can get him instant money for buying materials and he just said forget it and told me to find someone else. He also took on a big project the week after mine that would take him away for 3-4 months. Really unprofessional. It’s a shame as I was hopeful as he came across like a nice guy.

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
