Whilst there were a few initial problems with moving the date he was supposed to come, when he arrived he kept my parents updated as to what he was doing. Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble .
