Welcome to my profile. I treat and install new and reclaimed timer, plus sand and seal. I am a bespoke wood, laminate lvt flooring specialists. My excellent reputation for high quality of workmanship and reliability is testament to more than 25 years industry experience that covers all sectors. I work throughout the Uk on high end projects. I have worked on a unique creation for the Louis Vuitton private museum, La Galleries in Asnieres-Sur-Seine. I created a unique piece for their prestigious display within the museum and that is where it is located to this day. I drew inspiration from the original Damiere Signature and sourced beautiful Oak and Walnut with which he was able to produce this stunning design. I have carried out projects for the Channel 4 Series, Sarah Beenie’s Restoration Nightmare where I installed, repaired, and restored various wooden floors throughout the incredible Rise Hall property in Yorkshire. I went on to work with Sarah again on another Channel 4 programme called Double Your House for Half the Money: Series 3, Episode 4. Here we installed a beautiful, reclaimed parquet floor for a lovely family in Sheffield. Iv installed floors for Grand designs TV show Please do have a look at my photos in my profile. Had guttering and downpipes replaced. The rafters where they emerge at the bottom of the roof were painted, as well as a shield fitted beneath the lowest roof tiles to prevent water ingress via the existing weathered felting. They were a very reliable and efficient team, taking a lot of care with details. A very satisfied customer and I fully recommend these guys.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
