I’ve not been a member for five years on this website. I was on it possibly around five years ago. Only rejoined on the 4th of May 2023. Up till lockdown I had 5 1/2 months work in the diary within two days or cancelled. Unfortunately, some of the customers didn’t make it through that period. And before time installing bathrooms never really recovered, hence, I have re-joined this site to do more general plumbing and not concentrate on just bathroom for refurbishments.? Plumber with many years experience from changing taps to full bathroom refurbishment including tiling. Including underfloor heating double glazing installing joinery work and professional installing of PIR insulation. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Highly recommend Joe. He built a partial wall and hung 8 doors, one of them being a beautiful bespoke door for our under stairs. He did a great job and was very considerate during the time he was here. He was very friendly and gave our giddy dog lots of fusses which she loved! Also made the effort to clean up after himself and left no mess behind. Would definitely use again in the future!
