The job I originally requested (gutter repairs) was done swiftly and the gutters were cleaned out (half a bucket full of mud and other assorted rubbish!) I was pleasantly pleased with the price quoted (I expected it to be more) I'd recommend them.

I arranged a home visit to gain the quote. Surprisingly I was asked if I had ladders that could be supplied to carry out the cleaning! A little unusual for a window cleaning service. I was then quoted £100 for cleaning the windows in a 3 bed house! After which I was asked if I wanted the frames and sills cleaned too. Surely this would be included in the price of a window clean in the first Instance. I was then told that 4-5 people would need to attend to carry out the work! Offer ddeclined!

Showed them around, asked if was ok and they said yes would text when done. No text so went back in the evening and not one thing had been done. I contacted them to ask why and got no response until I said I would take further action, to which they replied to say they walked from the job due to inaccurate description (even though they had agreed to it when I showed them around!!). Would’ve been happy to discuss more payment if they asked but unfortunately were rude and left me in a very difficult position!
