Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Still in the process of getting the job done but Alex has been reliable and honest throughout. I have every confidence that the job will be completed at the price quoted (lower than other quotes) and to an excellent standard.
Without stress plumbing and heating are experts in trace and access works finding and repairing leaks working along side insurance companies and clients. we are a small family business with over 30 years experience within the industry and we use all the latest equipment and technology . we cover all aspects of the work from start to finish and have a team who have experience and skills within all areas of construction works and all our work is to a high standard and quality.
The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
