We are very pleased with our new bathroom which was a complete refurb. John and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and tidied up afterwards. Their quality of work was to a very high standard, they were cheerful and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions. James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.
