4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. The evidence is there for people to decide

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Can't praise Steve and his folk highly enough - great communication beforehand, turned up when they said they would and cracked on with the job with no fuss. Steve's plastering is first rate, including some extra work that hadn't been quoted for. They cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure I was happy before saying a pleasant goodbye - and all this for a fair price! What more do you want?

We used Lee to replaster where fitted wardrobes had been removed. He came on time to quote for the job and gave us a price there and then. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job.
