The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.

GLS review From the initial enquiry for works , the response from GLS was quick promptly followed by a site visit to assess the work. The scope of work was broken down clearly against the costs and this was detailed. We had a kitchen fitted from flat pack including work tops and a lot of electric appliances and gas hob. And, a downstairs shower room which has been partially started – sink , shower and toilet installed plus finishings. The work carried out was of a good standard , the fitter arrived on time
