Liam was a joy to have in my home. He responded quickly to come and do the work the very next day. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service. I was going to wait until he finished everything but seeing as it's 99% finished I don't see why it can't be done earlier, or in this case, late! I first contacted him back in May last year (2023) and back then I was inundated with quotes. To cut a long story short and say that he's patient to wait for me is an understatement. Even after 9 months, he was happy to take on my bathroom and toilet and did an excellent job too! So hard to find someone professional, affordable and realistic; highly recommended!

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from. The new flat roof, tiled roof and hip ridges look very good. These guys were polite, respectful, and professional. I'm happy to recommend Cornerstone Roofing.
