An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. We felt fully informed throughout the process and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark to others. Thanks for all your hard work, the lounge looks great!

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. With just over 30 years experience in the trade, we carry out building works to the highest quality and customer satisfaction. By January 2026, experience taught me that it is always better to get a quote on the whole project rather than a daily rate. Many aspects to the job incorrect - a very expensive lesson learned.
