There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray service provided that you authorise us to use our own vetted sub-contractors to complete any repairs or reinstatement works. Wanted a tidy up, skirting, window sills, paint walls a coupe of repairs. Paint is peeling off skirting boards, window sills, patches on walls. Lovely guys, but no prep. I know I said I wanted a freshen up, but didn't expect to have to redo their work. Now site won't let me submit
