Replaced the hob and hood in the kitchen. Quick, professional and courteous. Hassan ended up doing additional jobs such as installing wood flooring in 3 rooms and an outbuilding, Painting and other odd jobs to ensure I was in a position to pass the property on to an agent ready for rental. griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.
Jason fitted a front porch for us. He was friendly, punctual and easy to get hold of. His work was of a very good standard and was great value for money. I would not hesitate to contact him again to do more work for us. Very pleased!

Pb roofing has been trading for about 25 years, we cover most roofing. I have been schooled in zinc roofing by traditional old experts. We also cover slating, tiling gutters, facias, chimneys, pointing, GRP and liquid rubber roofs & re building chimneys.
I highly recommend Phil. He was very polite, showed up on time, clearly knows his stuff, did a very careful job replacing the lead around my dormer window and left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely use Phil again for roofing work.

I am very happy with the work that Albert has done. Its fair to say we were quite nervous about making such a dramatic statement and return the stairs to their original style. We were very quickly put at our ease by Albert. We could see the methodical and neat work he was doing which left us feeling we had chosen to do the right project and Albert was the right man for the job. All of this in the time of covid. Distance was maintained all of the time. I highly recommend Albert.

Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! Highly recommended.
