He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up.
