I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. No problem.all paints, wallpapering techniques, and outside paints. Waterbased or oil based. Remember painting companies have bigger profits and probably VAT. I know I've worked for them.
