We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. The proof of what we think and what you can expect is in the photos posted of our work. It can only be described as a quality job thank you.

Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

We feel the work carried out by Robert Morton was of an excellent standard from initial quotation to finished product. He was punctual, efficient and pleasant throughout and offered advice where appropriate. We would most certainly recommend him for plastering and/or insulation work.

Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

We recently made a moved into a property in Bredbury. As the property required some rooms to be plastered we looked at Rated People to find a plasterer in the area. We found Darren McConnel who had very good ratings, so we agree a very reasonable price to plaster our kitchen. The work was done to our complete satisfaction so we agree to have another room plastered. I would certainly recommend Darren, his work is to a very high standard, he is very reliable and left the property clean and tidy.

We required some plastering work doing at short notice. Within the hour Rick had contacted me and put together a very reasonable quote. Rick completed the work to an excellent standard. He was punctual, hard working and tidy. I would highly recommend Rick to carry out any plastering you require.

Greg and his team are honest and very hardworking, they have done a great job, I would recommend them highly. In fact I will be asking them back to do some work on one of my other properties next year.
