7 weeks into a within the next 2 weeks job through this site they still hadn't fully finished.. We pushed back a carpet fitting 3 weeks to accommodate them as they couldn't attend a previously agreed date & made them aware of the situation.. rescheduled date and time comes and they don't show up.. 3 hours later we get a text to say they're at another job 80 miles away. This was 2 working days before the rescheduled carpet fitting.. Had to find anther company with one day to spare. Not even an apology..

This turned out to be a larger job than I'd been lead to believe when posting. Dean quoted a price for repair as stated or replacing the boiler, we went for the latter in the end as the existing boiler was 18 years old and probably pretty much knackered. With powerflush, job done in 1.5 days., Happy to recommend.
