This turned out to be a larger job than I'd been lead to believe when posting. Dean quoted a price for repair as stated or replacing the boiler, we went for the latter in the end as the existing boiler was 18 years old and probably pretty much knackered. With powerflush, job done in 1.5 days., Happy to recommend.

Sasa was quick to reply and there was good communication throughout. Managed to book in an appointment at short notice to complete a boiler service and leak. Sasa turned up when he said he would, was upfront on the costs with no additional suprise charges. Work was completed to a high standard. We had a pipe leak. Christian identified the root cause to be burst pipe in hot water cylinder. He proposed to replace it with an unvented cylinder system. He installed the cylinder which works okay. However later we found out that regulation requires the unvented cylinder to be certified. He does not respond to questions related to certification and necessary paperwork. We did not receive an installation certificate. Now he is unresponsive and does not confirm if installation is complete. AVOID
