Used this bloke a while back, but just found the review on my inbox. He basically didn't finish the job properly, nor did he send the 'sign off' certs for his work. Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.
