Robbed of my money . .he says door cannot be altered when he knew I wanted a wood door and he supply's a door that needs painting now been quoted £380 to supply the correct door .I want my money back when the job as to be completly redone .to get the door I wanted .a finished door .

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
