Pleasant chap, called night before to confirm plan for next day, clean, knowledgeable and efficient worker with his lovely wife assisting in footing ladders, tool management and inquisitive child entertainment. Just arrived almost an hour late, other than that no complaints and highly recommend!

Zero, if possible. Not sure if it’s truthful. I took 3 days off work - didn’t turn up on any day. Claimed death in family on third day so maybe unfair. Still; car broken on one day, need to go to doctors on third, then death on fourth. I’m 3 days out of pocket now! Told me all jobs on hold, who knows maybe my review will help someone.
