Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. Funny thing is you trying to claim the job listed was two different things, the advertisement clearly stated i am looking for an electrician to install a 13amp and 32amp outlet to my building. How is that two different things? I called you and you said you would phone me back so as to come look at the job, but you went ghost with other communication from you. if there was an option to give you a zero star, that would have been my rating for you as you are clearly a time waster and an unreliable person.
