Mo came to view the room, gave a fixed price for labour and an estimate for materials, with an agreed 10% tolerance. Mo was on time, re-confirmed all that needed to be done and completed the work to a high standard, well within budget. He asked me to inspect before finishing up and tidying. On reflection and having had time to reflect while the 2 jobs were completed I surveyed the working area later and realised cleaning up or even being prepared to was something that James could improve upon as wire, pieces of wood, discarded lighting rose left on top of my freezer was just a flavour- not to mention the outside light stopped working a day after, then did, then stopped again… and despite assurances he would be back sat or Sunday you guessed it no show…not be using again??????????
