From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

He was able, again at short notice, to rectify the fault and install a new consumer unit ensuring that the wiring was up to standard.
