Excellent Excellent and excellent, and that's not being over the top ,the guys just turned up on the day as promised ,I was in work so was expecting phone calls to ask this and that ,but because they had already gone through everything in the quote the guys just got on with it ,I would 100% use again without hesitation really nice polite very respectful and clean team. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
