Amazing, honest and. although the opportunity was there for his changing both appliances, he didn't take it, He considered my deafness very well, was considerate when I misunderstood and, as i paid with cash and he didn't have change, he waived approximately 1/3 of my bill, he even recommended a deaf aware contractor for work I am doing in my garden. My qualifications include a diploma in electrical installations, along with the calculations required to ensure the installation is electrically safe, using the correct size wires for the size and load of the circuit. This is to ensure wires are run through the best places to ensure that they don't affect the integrity of your building. Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
