However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.
Phil arrived when he said he would, did a good job, and charged a sensible price. He was helpful and friendly and cleaned up well. I would certainly ask him to do other work.
We used Oliver when having a new kitchen fitted last week to install down lights in the ceiling, a new oven and sockets. He came and looked at the job and explained all the work required to bring us up to current regulations. His price was very reasonable (middle one of the quotes we had) so we gave him the go ahead. Oliver came and installed new cables and arranged with the kitchen fitter when a convenient time would be once the cabinets were fitted for him to come back and install the oven. We found him to be very polite, punctual and clean in his work. We would have no problem in recommending him to anyone and hope to use him again soon
