Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and will definitely use for any electrical projects in the future. Having worked with a number of contractors as we renovated our house I had become used to them turning up when they wanted and not meeting deadlines. The timetable for this work was extremely tight (a matter of days). The contractor turned up the day after contacting me, at the time he said he would. He had a workman on site the following day who even returned the following day (Sat) at no extra cost to finish off and tidy up. On top of this the contractor called later that day to ensure the work was satisfactory. There was one minor issue (due to a faulty light fitting, not the work of the contractor). I called him in the morning and he had the someone round and the fitting replaced that day. Overall I can't rate highly enough, service was so quick and efficient and totally unlike most contractors I have used. On top of that they cleaned up after themselves leaving the place looking like they had never been. I'm happy to give personal references if wanted.
