An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. I was a site manager for 10yrs now semi retired and doing customer care maintenance. I am knowledgeable in all areas of building works. I now re trained and now offer Venetian Plastering and looking at only offering this service.
George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
