Quite a few floor panels came apart as they were incorrectly fitted. I tried to contact George multiple times but he didn't respond to my messages.

Communication and work was great until job finished but then unreasonably demanding instant settlement of balance, not allowing me to inspect work before paying the following day and then paying full price without the job being completed as instructed as they didn’t replace the underlay and door thresholds as quoted for. Would not give a partial refund to cover the cost of the underlay I paid for, best to avoid.
