We had Haki come in to do our laminate flooring, skirting boards and tv bracket. He was super efficient and very diligent in his work. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Great price, great comms, great Job! Does what he says hes going to do and the screeding was perfect. Then he also did and amazing job tiling the floor with the assistance of his hard working dad :) Asked me questions each time they came to an issue and wanted my input. Highly Recommended.
