We put an advertisment up last night, and we recieved a phone call in the morning from Jay. He was really friendly and helpful, and gave us a rough quote on the phone. When he arrived he was friendly and reassuring, he informed us of more damage that he saw, and put no pressure on us that it needed to be done instantly. He also kept true to his quote. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

I know he hasn’t finished my job yet but the workmanship of all his team has been very impressive. I have watched demolition, bricklaying and now carpentry building walls, roof and floors. They are a very friendly team with great humour too. Advice and great ideas are overflowing. Organisation of materials delivery, waste collection and recycling is amazing. Cheap but did not do all that I had asked them to do and what they did do was not great. I would not recommend for garden work. Ignored my concerns expressed on Rated People chat after they had left. Shame as I did potentially have more jobs they would have benefitted from.
