The people working on the job were excellent. They worked their socks off and the work was completed as I hoped. However, the boss did not honour his quote and wanted more money. He even said his team had been lazy and had too many cups of tea!! He blamed everyone else except himself saying if he was onsite he would have completed it quicker - so were was he? He then said he would reduce the price but not complete the job leaving only half the tree trimmed. I eventually had to pay him an extra £250!

Very pleased with Lena's ideas for our garden and even after one visit our garden looks tremendously better. She is a gardener rather than a garden worker so she knows a lot about plants and her care/attention to detail is greater than we have experienced using only garden workers in the past. The price is higher than what you would pay for a couple of young guys with strimmers hacking at everything but the outcome is also better.
