A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice

We would highly recommend Bill. He pruned our tree, then removed our original broken fencing and fitted a beautiful new fence. All the rubbish was removed and garden was left clean & tidy. Great service from these guys from start to finish, prompt to call, to quote and book us in, and I have to emphasise, a good job done at a great price, the ‘right’ price, you can’t ask for better! We had a very large tree pollarded today, and not only was the job done to perfection, but they went over and above on the tidying up too, which in this day and age is quite admirable. Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.
